Chris has spent weeks restoring the Totem Pole in Radcliffe on Trent to its original creation. Chris kindly carved and donated the Totem Pole to the Village in May 2013.
In recent weeks, Chris has spent hours repairing and repainting the Totem Pole. When asked why, Chris said, “Originally I carved and donated the pole to commemorate 50 years since the Canadians left Radcliffe On Trent. This was an important part of my childhood and I am keen that those fond memories we all have are not forgotten.”
The Radcliffe on Trent Parish Council would like to thank Chris on behalf of everyone in Radcliffe for his generosity and outstanding efforts.
